4. Product Safety & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, size, capacity, material, intended pet type, weight recommendations where applicable, and manufacturer instructions before purchasing.
A product will not ordinarily be considered defective solely because a pet refuses to use it, dislikes a litter texture or fragrance, refuses to drink from a fountain, damages a toy through normal chewing, or because an incorrectly selected harness or carrier does not fit.
Refunds will not be issued for issues arising solely from misuse, improper assembly, failure to follow instructions, failure to supervise a pet, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
